12 weeks to feeling stronger, more comfortable in the world of endurance, and absolutely confident in crossing the half marathon finish line.

Workouts offer lots of variation (to keep things interesting) and will progress at a rate that feels challenging, yet doable.

If you are an ABSOLUTE beginner, I recommend doing the 6 week 5K plan BEFORE doing this one.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS PLAN ALSO COMES IN A VERSION WITHOUT STRENGTH WORKOUTS.

Each plan includes:

36 run workouts

23 strength workouts

Detailed warm up/cool down exercises
