Holly is a top-of-the-line personal fitness trainer and run coach, based in Nashville, TN.

Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the finisher of many ultra marathons (including two 100 milers!), she specializes in time-efficient circuit training, and individually tailored run programs.

Her most valuable service is teaching you how to trade in excuses and plateaued training attempts for the ability to embrace hard work for lifelong results.

Coming from a diverse background of professional ballet, ultramarathon running, and 10 years of experience in CrossFit, she is well equipped to meet any and all needs.

“I trained with Holly for 3 years. She is that magical blend of hardass and soft touch that works so well for my personality! I'm not a boot camp kind of girl, so anyone yelling at me isn't going to see me ever again.

Holly's encouraging voice, coupled with her no-nonsense, take no prisoners approach is perfect. I never got away with a bad body position, especially if it made it easier to perform an action. She KNOWS.

I suffer from low back pain and was not a runner when I began training with her. I now run/walk 3.1 miles every week, with the goal of running that full 5K by the end of summer. And my back issues have improved over the course of our workouts. and because I'm stronger and know how to safely execute movements, I'm able to tackle weight training.
